Your Appointment
To ensure a successful and positive experience for you and your dog at your first appointment, here is a rundown of how to prepare, and what to expect at your first appointment.

Your first appointment will take about 1 hour 30 minutes, You will need to stay with your dog at all times.

If your dog usually wears a muzzle when handled, this is fine, you know your dog best. We can review the need for a muzzle at future appointments.

Please ensure your dog is clean, dry, and well-groomed for their appointment, this ensures your dog is comfortable and can be properly assessed. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

Your appointment includes a full case history of your dog being taken, then Dani will watch your dog moving on lead in a walk and trot. Dani will then give your dog a treatment based on her findings. Finally, Dani will give you advice and home rehab exercises. Your dog will be booked in for a follow-up appointment.

Please walk your dog at least 1 hour before their appointment and ensure they have toileted.

For at home appointments, please provide a quiet, calm, warm space for your dog to receive their treatment. Please ensure distractions including other family members, and other pets are kept to a minimum.

Please have any veterinary notes, x-rays, and medications/supplements to hand if possible. Your vet can email any notes and digital x-rays to danipaizis@gmail.com

Dani always has plenty of treats for your dog to reinforce a positive experience, if your dog has allergies or is on a special diet please provide some appropriate treats.

Your dog will need at least 24 hours of complete rest after their treatment. Please make a note of how your dog behaves and feels after the treatment.
