Please be aware that 36 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment is required. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 36 hours notice you will be required to pay the FULL COST of the appointment. Failure to turn up for your appointment without any prior notice will also incur a charge equivalent to the FULL COST of your missed appointment

Treatments at The K9 Chiro are accepted under nearly all good insurance policies, however, please be aware you will need to first ensure your vet has REFERRED for physical therapy and has recorded this referral, and secondly that you have confirmed with your insurance company BEFORE a course of treatment begins that it will be covered by your insurer. Usually, your veterinary practice will handle the claim for you so keep your receipts, most insurers will also accept claim forms completed by me directly. The K9 Chiro is unable to accept payment directly from your insurance company.
